Vowpal Wabbit JNI Layer vw-jni

描述	A wrapper around Vowpal Wabbit that allows use through Java. This wrapper requires that the vw_jni platform specific library is installed on your java.library.path. In case the libary is not found, it tries to load it from the jar file directly.
